In this project, I was interested in exploring the relationship between a neighborhood and its people. Interviewing passerbys off the street, and marrying their stories with images from the neighborhood, made the foundation for the audio collage you see. What emerges is a perspective on how people shape a neighborhood, and how the neighborhood shapes people—creating a unique community culture within just a few city blocks.
